Short-term and overflow storage

Most storage calls sound the same: the goods have landed, or are about to, and the space they were supposed to go into does not exist yet. We take it from there. Space at our warehouse in Hialeah Gardens is rented by the floor block or the pallet, weekly or monthly, so you pay for what the freight actually occupies.

Overflow is the other half of it. When your own warehouse fills for the season, the extra inventory comes to us, stays counted, and goes back when you have room again. Nobody signs a lease for a peak that lasts eight weeks, and nobody should have to.

When this is the right answer

• A container landed before your space was ready
• Your own warehouse is full for the season
• You sell into Miami but hold stock somewhere else
• A project needs staging space for a few weeks
• You are between warehouses and the freight cannot wait

How your freight is handled

• Counted on receipt, with damage noted and photographed
• Stored on pallets or floor blocks, labeled to your reference
• Every movement in and out recorded, so the count is current
• Released only against your instruction
• Shipped out on our trucks, or loaded onto yours
