Pallet storage
You send pallets, we hold positions, and the count is a number you can ask for any day.

Pallet storage is the simplest thing a warehouse sells and the easiest to get wrong. You are buying a position and a count: somewhere stable for a pallet to sit, and an honest answer about how many are left. We bill per pallet, so twenty pallets cost what twenty pallets cost and there is no square footage to argue about.
Each pallet is labeled to your reference on the way in, and every movement is recorded. Ask us on a Tuesday how many you have and the number is current, not last month's. That matters most for the customers who are selling out of that stock while it sits.
Who uses pallet positions
- Importers holding stock between arrival and sale
- Sellers who need Miami inventory but no building
- Anyone whose volume is measured in pallets, not truckloads
- Seasonal stock that comes and goes through the year
- Freight waiting on a receiver's delivery appointment
What comes with a position
- Counted on receipt against your paperwork
- Labeled to your reference and kept together
- In and out handling recorded per movement
- A current count whenever you ask for it
- Release only against your instruction
Common questions
How is a pallet priced?
Per pallet, per week or per month, plus handling in and out. An oversized or unusually heavy pallet is priced as what it actually occupies, and we say so before it arrives rather than after.
What if my pallets are not standard size?
Tell us the footprint and the height when you call. Anything that overhangs a standard position takes more room, and it is better to price that honestly up front than to surprise you on the first invoice.
Can I add and remove a few at a time?
Yes, that is the normal pattern. Movements are recorded as they happen and handling is billed per movement, so a slow trickle out costs what it costs and nothing is charged twice.
