Distribution
One inbound load becomes the twelve deliveries it was always going to have to become.

Distribution is the job of turning one arrival into many drops. A container, a truckload or a week's production comes in, gets broken down by destination, and goes back out across South Florida in the order that makes sense for the route rather than the order it happened to be loaded in.
It works whether or not the freight lives with us. Stock held at the warehouse can be released against your orders, and freight that arrives that morning can be sorted and sent the same day. What you get either way is one company answering for the whole chain instead of a warehouse blaming a carrier.
What this suits
- One inbound load splitting to many South Florida receivers
- Weekly runs to a fixed list of stores or customers
- Orders released from stock you hold with us
- Project material going out to several sites
- Wholesalers supplying a route of local buyers
How a run is built
- Freight received or picked from your stock
- Sorted and staged by stop, in route order
- Delivered on our trucks across the metro
- Proof of delivery per stop, back to you
- Exceptions reported the same day, never buried
Common questions
Is this priced per stop or per run?
Per run, with the stop count in it, because that is how the cost actually behaves. Twelve drops on one route is not twelve deliveries and should not be billed as though it were.
Do I need to store stock with you?
No. Distribution works from freight that arrives that day just as well as from inventory we hold. Holding stock simply makes the release faster.
What happens if a receiver refuses a drop?
The driver tells us, we tell you the same day, and the freight comes back to the warehouse rather than riding around. You decide what happens next with the facts in front of you.
