Warehousing in Miami
Short-term space, container work and freight prep at our warehouse in Hialeah Gardens, minutes from PortMiami, the rail ramps and the airport.
Most of what happens in a warehouse is not storage, it is the work around it: getting a container emptied before per-diem starts, counting what actually arrived against what the packing list promised, and putting loose cartons onto pallets a carrier will accept. We do that work, and the storage comes with it rather than the other way round.
Everything runs at our own warehouse in Hialeah Gardens, a building we own rather than rent, in the middle of Miami's industrial corridor: over 50 dock doors and a five acre yard. The location is the point. A container that lands at PortMiami and is emptied twenty minutes away spends its money moving instead of crossing the city, and the same trucks that pulled it can take the freight onward the same week.
What you get is a count you can defend. Every receipt is counted against your documents, damage is photographed the day it appears, and every release happens against your instruction. If a claim ever comes, the paperwork was made while the evidence was still on the dock.
